I am writing to propose an alternative service that may help sell properties that have been lingering on the market. As you know, there are sometimes non-physical reasons why a home is not attracting buyers or closing deals.

Energy is and around a property can affect people in subtle ways and impact their buying decision.

I have the ability to sense spiritual energies and clear lingering entities or attachments that may be unwanted presences in a home. Through energy work, I can cleanse the property and restore balanced and positive energy. This often lifts any negative feelings people pick up on unconsciously when touring a home.

Once the spiritual environment has been addressed, buyers tend to feel more at ease and attracted to the space. For properties that have already had standard repairs and staging done but are still not losing, a spiritual cleansing may be the missing piece to help them finally sell.

I propose offering my services as needed for listings that have been active for over 3 to 6 months with no offers. I have a promotion running now for a group purchase which includes up to 6 homes to be cleared. This promotion does not include on site clearing as I can clear a home or property from anywhere as long as I am given the address, city and state. There is an extra fee for an on-site assessment, clearing and follow up to ensure the energy shift was successful.
